We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for orders under $100. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours. During high season, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can easily track your package.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated based on address provided. Please email us at brooklyn@donittique.com to get an exact quote. Please keep in mind, international orders may be delayed due to customs clearance. Duties or taxes collected are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! We offer free in-store pickup at our Brooklyn and Monroe locations. You will receive a phone call letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.

We currently accept returns and exchanges in-store only.

• Returns within 3 days: Full refund to the original payment method.
  
• Returns within 4-7 days: Store credit redeemable online or in-store.
  Certain items like swimwear, lingerie (must have original tags), and fragrances are non-returnable.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of your returned item.

If your return brings your order total below $100, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
